New homes & renovations
Collaboration with clients, architects and builders from the earliest design stages. Space, proportion, finishes and lighting are considered together to create a coherent interior.
BASED IN WIMBERLEY, TEXAS
Texas Hill Country
interior design.
Materia | Of Fact brings European design knowledge and sourcing to residential and hospitality projects in the Texas Hill Country. Based in Wimberley, Texas, with a connection to Florence, Italy, the collaboration creates interiors shaped by their architecture, landscape and the people who inhabit them.
From ranches and country estates to waterfront homes and boutique destinations, the approach combines collected pieces, natural materials and bespoke craftsmanship.
RESIDENTIAL & HOSPITALITY
From the first plans
to the final installation.
Furniture & European sourcing
Furniture, textiles, lighting, vintage pieces and bespoke commissions selected for their character and relationship to the home. European sourcing brings another layer to the Hill Country setting.
Procurement & installation
Design continues through sourcing, procurement and final installation, bringing the individual pieces together as a complete living environment.
THE DESIGN FOUNDATION
A collected perspective.
The collaboration builds on the experience and portfolio of Erin Quinlan Quiros / EQQ Design. Nearly three decades of life and work in Europe, Texas connections and Mexican cultural roots inform a thoughtful dialogue between interior and landscape.
The projects below illustrate this approach across different settings.
